Return and Exchange
OVERVIEW
At The Kara & Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds—we only accept exchanges.
This policy applies to online purchases only. In-boutique purchases or third-party purchases are subject to separate policies.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges are allowed only for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or if you need a different size of the same product.
- Returns for refunds are not accepted.
- Exchanges are permitted for the same item in a different size only.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
- Once your return is received and approved, you may select a replacement item. Availability of replacement items is subject to stock.
ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for an exchange:
- Items must be in original condition, including tags, and must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items must not have been used for photography, social media, commercial purposes, or personal gain.
- All original packaging must be returned.
- Every item has a return label stating: “Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned”. If the tag is removed, the item cannot be exchanged.
PROCESSING EXCHANGES
- Contact us at info@thekaraandco.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Follow the instructions provided to return your item.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
- Once your item is received and approved, we will process your exchange for the selected replacement item.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
- Initial shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable.
- Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on availability and location.
